Good shower head replacement but missing vital part

This came without a washer. We had to dig out the washer from the old head to put into the new one. Once that was done the installation was easy.

Cheap shower head

This item feels a bit cheap and plasticky compared to the head I was replacing but it seems to work reasonably. I haven't used it much and I've only had it installed for a week so I can't really give a fair comment.
