How do you access the ceramic valve to stop dripping?

Hi, If you unscrew the chrome circular levers this will allow you access to a a grub screw which when loosened will allow the handle to be removed. Thanks. Technical Team.

what is the distance between the taps

Our taps are dripping, how to we prevent this. Only had them for about a year - they are used a lot.
