If I am not home when the delivery arrives, what happens?

Larger pallet couriers will contact you on the day to let you know a rough time for delivery, due to the size and cost, a signature is always required.
We always suggest someone is home to accept the delivery, as missing your delivery may result in a re-delivery fee being charged.

If the courier has left you a calling card you may contact them directly to rearrange delivery for a more convenient time. If you have not received a calling card, we will be able to assist you in re-booking delivery. Can I modify an existing order?

I’m really pleased with the radiator - looks great and pumps out the heat. It’s exactly what I was expecting in terms of colour and appearance having only seen it previously online. Statement

This radiator makes a real statement in our lounge, the heat that it gives is amazing and keeps the whole room warm and cosy. The quality of the product is excellent. The only issue we had it takes 2 people to lift, it is heavy, but well worth every penny.
