Brilliant stylish look but poor quality components
26th January 2026I purchased this in October 2024. Unfortunately just over a year later the thermostat valve became faulty. Due to the guarantee being just out, this has cost an extra £50 to replace. Love the look but the parts need to be more reliable.

4th January 2026Ordered a replacement shower valve as ours became faulty after 12 years of everyday use by a family of five New valve arrived and everything was damaged No blame on Victorian Plumbing whatsoever The courier had dropped it over our gate and the packaging was ripped the box crushed and a push button valve appeared cracked Spoke to VP straight away and a replacement was sent the next day I said ill send this one back and she said no keep it use the chrome panel and buttons as spares if you mark yours All in all great service.... Will be back as we are doing bathroom renovation in the new year
