Can this towel rail be used with an additional electric element?

This rail would not support an electircal heating element due to no access for one to be installed.

Can the valeves turn so they are on the outside of the towel rail?

Hi there, Thank you for your question. This product has fixed inlet positions so the valves can only be installed on the inside of the radiator. Hope this helps.
