Buxton 1800 x 318mm Raw Metal (Lacquered) 2 Column Vertical Radiator

This radiator is lovely... I was looking for that retro/industrial look to modernise an old stone cottage and this has hit the mark... built to survive a nuclear detonation... it's seriously heavy, but solid... very very solid. I wish they did other sizes, if they did I've buy more of them. The colour on the website has a green hue, these are effectively gun metal grey (raw metal)... not green hue at all. The end pieces to the end sections look amazing... I guarantee everyone will comment on how nice they look, they're a conversation piece for sure.

Ordered two of these radiators to go in a newly extended kitchen dining space with a brick feature wall. They look very smart in place bracketing each side of the brick wall and heat up the space very well. I feel they are slightly different in appearance to how they are depicted on the website images but I prefer the way they look in reality. There is more of a gap between the columns when looking from the front than is apparent in the website images. The bands that appear top an bottom are not as uniform but also much less distinctive in the flesh than in the images. I was in two minds when ordered them but now they are my favourite radiators in the house and a nice change from anthracite which would have been the other option.

Bought this radiator to go in our newly renovated industrial style living room. It certainly looks the part. Solidly built, and very heavy. You can tell it's well made using good quality materials. Let's out a huge amount of heat. Couldn't be happier. Highly recommended.
