Does the job

I have two of these seats, one purchased in 2023 and one in 2024. We love them, we miss them if we're not at home, we couldn't imagine not having one. Sadly the newer of our seats developed a fault and began smoking. We were lucky to be home and awake and turned it off quickly by disconnecting from the mains. We reported this and were asked to open the seat to take a video of the damage - this showed parts that were burnt through (hence the smoking). We have received a refund for this seat. The supplier has said this is the first report of the issue and we have accepted this however wanted to make other buyers or potential buyers aware.

We bought this as a replacement for our older cracked bathroom sink. The measurements on the drawing helped us choose one that would fit in existing fittings and when it arrived it fit perfectly. Really pleased with how it looks and the quality is great.

This pedestal was a replacement to one I accidentally broke. And although the original one was installed over 15 years ago, this one matched almost exactly meaning the flooring didn’t need adjusting. Very Happy with this.
