Nothing wrong with the toilet but the seat never ever stays whete it should be,I have tried and tried and tried more some to tighten it up but always cones loose and slips off its center point,very annoying, I wouldn't buy this ever again,bear in mind folks that unless you want to keep removing the seat to try and tighten up stay ckear! maybe that's why it has a quick release sytem

Disappointing it doesn't come with the fixing kit. This should be made clearer. Toilet seat is also rubbish but otherwise works fine.

Good value for money, but poor seat

The toilet bowl looks good and works well. Similarly, the concealed cistern seems rather flimsy and small, but works well with sufficient water for short and long flushes. However, although the toilet seat looks good on the bowl, it is the weak point of the system. As mentioned by other reviewers, it is rather plasticky and creaks and moves around when sat upon. Also, the seat sits inside the lid, so it is narrower than other seats. Although the fixing kit has to be bought separately (I assume to save a pound or two) this also is not brilliant. The supplied plastic cup washers which sit in the holes in the sides of the bowl are too easy to be pulled through when tightening the fixing screws. I resorted to using coach screws and fixing the chrome caps with silicone. Overall, good value for money, but let down by a poor toilet seat.

can the cistern be concealed behind a wall? Do I need to purchase anything additional for this? i.e wall mounted frame?

Hi there Kelly, This Back To Wall Toilet comes with everything required to connect to the pan and the wall. It is also supplied with a half inch inlet valve to connect it to the water supply. We recommend that the thickness of the wall between the cistern and toilet pan be no thicker than 200mm. All the best, Shaun
