Hi, I note someone has said there's no room for a fitting to be added directly to the waste to the left due to the limitations of the measurements. However, someone has said this is possible with the RAK 600 series which has even smaller dimensions. Please clarify as I'm confused? Thank you.

Would this product be compatible with a space saving 90 degree, swan, pan connector?

If I am not home when the delivery arrives, what happens?

Larger pallet couriers will contact you on the day to let you know a rough time for delivery, due to the size and cost, a signature is always required.
We always suggest someone is home to accept the delivery, as missing your delivery may result in a re-delivery fee being charged.

If the courier has left you a calling card you may contact them directly to rearrange delivery for a more convenient time. If you have not received a calling card, we will be able to assist you in re-booking delivery. Can I modify an existing order?

Smart looking BUT blocks

Lovely looking toilet however standard sized poo’s are constantly causing a blockage and we have never had this issue with our old toilet so not the drainage, we’re talking standard sized poos too.

Look Great & Easy to Clean

Looks great, great flush, easy to clean. Seat comes off with a simple click to enable thorough cleaning. Tricky to fit. You'll need a flexible hose for water inlet. You DON'T need pan fixing kit as it's supplied.

Excellent Look & Feel

We've had 2 toilets installed as part of the renovation. This is by far the best of the 2. The seat is comfortable and strong. The lid completely obscures the seat itself which not only looks good but also keeps it free of dirt, an excellent design (and I don't say this often!). The seamless base without superfluous nooks and crannies is also super easy to keep clean. The small flush works really well too and saves lots of water. All in all an excellent toilet which I highly recommend.
