• Measure the distance: Measure the distance between the two walls with your tape measure, making sure it matches up with the marks you've made. Lock the tape measure at this length.
• Measure the rail: Lay the curved shower rail flat on the floor. Hook the tape measure over one end of the rail, forming the letter "D" with the tape measure and the rail. Extend or shorten the rail until the other end perfectly meets the length you've measured.
