Toilet and Sink Vanity Units

Generally, fair value for money. The units are solidly built and come pre assembled. The all-in-one basin and top, looks good and is quite nice and tidy. There are a couple of fundamental flaws with the toilet unit. I have fitted these before, so at least I was prepared! BEWARE! Once everything is fitted, there is no access to the cistern! The access panel is fitted with cam screws, when it should be fitted with catches and plates, or similar. The bottom panel that sits behind the toilet, would preferably be fitted with drop on/lift off brackets, to make installation of the pan and future servicing, considerably easier. I changed these out. Having first fitted these units many years ago, I’m surprised that this issue hasn’t been addressed. The concealed cistern is just about workable, but I did consider swopping it out for a better quality unit. The toilet pan itself, looks of decent quality. All in all, fair value for money, but these issues really should be addressed.

Unit looks clean and modern, yet with slight traditional style undertone. Toilet bowl and seat are well build. Hinges of the seat are so far the quickest to fit: just push hinges in and tightened up, alignment is effortless, as no need to take the seat off (screws are behind the lid). Basin is very conveniently sized. Unfortunately, cabinet was poorly built: There are gaps between panels as furniture screws are either wrong length or fixed in in wrong places, so they do not pull panels fully closed. Due to that panels also do not align. Removable piece (plinth for button and access) has clips made of paper, the metal is so thin you can bend with fingers. Additionally, all of the clips were screwed skewed, therefore plinth was not centred. Rather clips should have left loose, as had to re-fix them myself anyway.
