Floor and wall tiles.

These were too thin for flooring and the tiler said he wouldn't put them down as I would have to keep calling him back to fix cracked tiles. I am now bewildered by an expensive returns process that requires palletting.

These are 7mm thick porcelain tiles specifically designed for use on both walls and floors, so they are suitable for floor installation when fitted correctly. False advertiling!

The tiles are nice and look as advertised. However, in the advert they are shown laid in a 50/50 pattern yet the manufacturer explicitly states that these tiles cannot be laid in this fashion. Our tiler laid them in a 70/30 style but it is not how we wanted them which has left us somewhat disappointed.
