Fittings Not Brilliant

I bought this as looks good, 25 yr guarantee and the price I want to pay. I also noted the good reviews, although now I see only one from last year. The fittings for the toilet seat were not fit for purpose and we had to buy replacement that works better. Further the black circular close coupler seal between cistern and toilet was the wrong size and so we had to buy replacement. Final point, it was quite difficult getting toilet seat and cistern fitted due to difficult access. Due to test shortly, so will report back on any other issues.

Looking from the front, which side is the mains inlet and does it enter from underneath or from the side of the cistern please?

The inlet is underneath and can be on the left or right to suit. It comes with a stopper for the unused side.

Do you have a pamphlet to show how to fit seat to pedestal, First breakage fixed by plumber. I am trying to fix 2nd breakage. Two of three units are continuously leaking from tank into pan, also.

Outlet

Hi, It is designed for a horizontal outlet however there is a gap between the back of the pan and the wall. A plumber should be able to use a flexible pan connector to have the outlet to the side horizontally. Please let me know if you have any further questions, thank you.

Which side of the cistern is the water inlet on the RAK 600? Is the waste water outlet from the RAK suitable for an outlet pipe in the floor?
