After several weeks of use, I'm pleased to share my experience with the Vitra S50 Raised Height BTW pan and seat, a product that addresses a genuine need often overlooked in bathroom design. Installation proceeded smoothly for our plumber, who confirmed the dimensions matched standard concealed cistern specifications perfectly. However, the pan is notably heavy, and it was a two-man job to get this item up the stairs into the bathroom, which could challenge some households or installers working alone. The Vitra S50 Raised Height delivers exactly what it promises: comfortable, accessible, reliable bathroom provision. The WC looks very good and is well styled. It functions well and the syphon is of good quality too. We did have two issues although these were with the product not the provider. Firstly, the flush button tended to stick down meaning the button had to be 'jiggled' to release it otherwise water kept running into the bowl. A new button was dispatched following me reporting this so I can't complain about that. Secondly, the whole unit had to be packed up by 2 to 3 mm as it was very slightly at an angle. This was easy to do so we didn't want to be bothered about waiting for a replacement, however we would have preferred for this not to have been the case. Overall though, the unit is now a good quality, well functioning and modern looking WC.
