Great product and great customer service
23rd January 2026I bought this and it arrived very quickly. When I opened it, I noticed it had a fine crack on the top right side. I took a photo of it, and sent it to customer services. They immediately apologised, and send another one completely free of charge. They didn't even want me to return the original one. I am absolutely delighted with my new drainer, I have a beech work top, which I am about to have replaced, as the beech drainer is so badly damaged. Now my new work top will be safe from damage.
