It sticks out further than it needs to. It’s fiddly to install as the bars are all separate pieces to hold together while installing. Overall we didn’t keep it and returned it for a different towel rail option.

Not wow but OK. Mismatch between quality and price. The Burlington products are better quality to the Chatsworth products if you’re between the options - at least in the weight and look of the chrome metal.

This is incredibly heavy so we were surprised by the size of the screws. Needless to say, a few weeks on and it came away from the wall. It's back up now but we used significantly larger screws so fingers crossed that it stays up this time. There's not a huge amount of room inside the curtains so they sometimes stick to your leg and it's a bit tricky getting the shower curtains closed so that no water goes down the back. All in all, looks great and was a cheap-ish way to resolve our lack of a shower, but it's a complicated set up!
