Lovely taps
7th March 2026The taps are lovely, solid and well made. Unfortunately there was a small cap missing and I requested a replacement . After over six weeks and numerous emails I still had not received my part . I contacted Burlington directly and received the part within 3days. I had to pay £13 and Victorian Plumbing refunded me £6. By this time I couldn’t be bothered to argue. I think their customer support are bots. In future I’d recommend purchasing direct or from plumbing merchant.

However, we are finding it inconvenient that the taps are turned on in opposite directions and not both in the same direction (anti-clockwise to switch on) as has been customary. This appears to be the current fashion as we looked at many other options before making our selection.
