Burlington-Stafford Long Nose Basin Pillar Taps
With a name like the above I thought I was buying a dog not a set of taps! Taps are very good and just what we ordered. Disappointed however with the service. I ordered the taps on 13 December and was told delivery would be within 2 to 5 days. We eventually received the taps nearly one month later on 10th January. We even received this e-mail asking us to review the taps and hoped we liked the product even before we had received them. I have not received an apology and would, at the minimum, at least expect the delivery charge to refunded.
