Lovely taps
The taps are lovely, solid and well made. Unfortunately there was a small cap missing and I requested a replacement . After over six weeks and numerous emails I still had not received my part . I contacted Burlington directly and received the part within 3days. I had to pay £13 and Victorian Plumbing refunded me £6. By this time I couldn’t be bothered to argue. I think their customer support are bots. In future I’d recommend purchasing direct or from plumbing merchant.

does this product include a waste?

A waste is not included with this mixer tap. A suitable waste, depending on whether your bath is free standing or not, is Product Code W3 for a fixed bath or W4 for a freestanding bath.
