Sink is beautiful and really fits my space well the only issue I had was the drawer is tricky to open and close consistently because you have to push both sides at a certain pressure to get it to close.

The saga for getting this delivered in one piece would take too long to write. Basically it’s very heavy, the box doesn’t protect the base sufficiently when being moved. Don’t expect it to arrive undamaged and if it does your luck is in. The basin is fine and I’m very pleased with it. You can’t ring customer service but the chat line is answered quick enough and they do send replacements promptly once you’ve uploaded photos of the damages.

We were slightly unsure about buying an expensive item unseen however we have got to agree with the reviews we read before placing the order. It is indeed a well built cabinet and the photos are a true representation of the product. The sink is of excellent quality. We live in a new build property where the spacious downstairs toilet has a ridiculously small basin and the utility room doesn’t have a sink. We are waiting for the unit to be installed but we’re confident it will enhance the space and meet our functional needs.
