Looks Good, Not the Best to Install

The unit looks decent and generally okay quality but instructions are unclear and seemingly needs to be installed on a bath with a certain wall thickness or it doesn't point down due to alignment of thread. If you look on YouTube there are dozens of other products which overcome this issue with fairly smart solutions. In our case we simply had to get another washer otherwise either the spout was pointing up or the waste pipe on the outside was pointing up. Quite ingenious how such a simple thing was made difficult.
