Great quality shower tray

Decent tray, risers ok but the white plastic surround is cheap and nasty, clips enclosed to support surround ok but trying to fit surround into them far from easy.

A sturdy product.

It's ok for money. Easy to fit. The surface is damaging easily, need to be careful.

We bought this to replace a leaking shower tray. It was easy to fit, looks fab and was reasonably priced. Have purchased from Victorian Plumbing before and the service is always spot on.

Excellent delivery, sturdy shower tray, looks good and appears well made. Not so the riser kit - six adjustable height legs provided with instructions to assemble to underside of tray with the supplied screws. I found this impossible as the small No. 8 screws could get no bite on the cement aggregate base. Phoned helpline but was only told not to use power tools and that the screws should screw into the base and that there was no defect. Gave up after many attempts and eventually secured legs with compound adhesive and successfully fitted shower tray. Don't think the attachment method for legs to the shower tray is correct. Suggest supplier reviews.

Good price and although I have given 5 stars to everything else purchased within the order there is one flaw that could be improved upon. The tray is fine but the fascia supplied with the riser kit isn't deep enough. Hence I had to pay the plumber to supply a bigger one!
