Very good and nice looking but...
13th February 2026The grub screws that hold in the back bracket that secures the head to the wall are too short. After screwing the bracket onto the wall, then placing the head on the bracket, the head is then secured with M5 x 6mm grub screw. The screw is far too short. It screws in so much that on the inside the grub screw is basically held in by 2 threads, of which failed and the head became lose with no force or pressure on the head. I had to use a longer cap head screw to secure the head properly until I got time to go get a longer grub screw. Only a small thing but still annoying when you want to get the job completed. Would have been 5 stars for everything if it wasn't for the grub screws.

Good Quality item. But...
29th January 2026The item is a good match for the one it replaced. However when it arrived the ceramic cover on the temperature selector was smashed due to poor packaging and careless handling. Fortunately it came with a spare.
