Happy with this product but measurements on website were confusing.
17th December 2025Perfectly happy with this product, it arrived promptly. The only issue was that it specified it was 1500ml on the website, but it arrived in a box that had 1600ml on the side which is what it measured. After contacting you it transpired that the valve is adjustable and would in fact fit our shower. However, this confusion did cause us to have to cancel the first plumber's appointment and rearrange while we clarified. The specifications on the website could have been more explicit about this. Otherwise, it is now installed and working well!
