Hot & cold indicator confusing
13th October 2025Agree with some other comments; turning anti-clockwise makes the water hotter, but it looks like you’re turning towards the cold (blue) indicator. I guess because there are no arrows. But, it looks really nice and hopefully it lasts 🤞🏼

Concealed Shower Valve
12th April 2024Build quality of the body is excellent, I rate it up there with the likes of cross water products for a fraction of the cost. Having fitted loads of concealed showers as a plumber I honestly can’t see the difference with the body. The brass cover plate is nicely finished and the handles too, only thing I would say with the feel/operation of the in off handle is that there’s quite a bit of movement on the spindle but that’s being very particular I know. Overall great product!
