If I am not home when the delivery arrives, what happens?

Larger pallet couriers will contact you on the day to let you know a rough time for delivery, due to the size and cost, a signature is always required.
We always suggest someone is home to accept the delivery, as missing your delivery may result in a re-delivery fee being charged.

If the courier has left you a calling card you may contact them directly to rearrange delivery for a more convenient time. If you have not received a calling card, we will be able to assist you in re-booking delivery. Please use the live chat function to speak directly to a member of the team, or alternatively email us at info@victorianplumbing.co.uk.

Can I modify an existing order?

Orders can be updated and modified up until the picking process begins. To amend your order please get in touch via Live Chat or by emailing us at info@victorianplumbing.co.uk.

If you would like to upgrade your delivery or arrange to split your delivery, you can do this via the help centre.
Please note, once your order has begun to be picked at our warehouse, you will not be able to make any further additions.

Can I order an item that is not currently in stock?

Yes, please get in touch with the team either via live chat or at info@victorianplumbing.co.uk to arrange a pre-order.

If you are ordering other in-stock items alongside this, please be aware your shipment will be held until all items are ready to be dispatched. If you would like to arrange a split delivery, please let the team know as soon as your order is confirmed.

Can you leave my delivery with a neighbour if necessary?

We can only deliver and accept signatures from the delivery address as per the order.

A nice looking cupboard

This is a well built cupboard but quite heavy. You really need a good solid fixing if you want to hang it on a wall with no other support. If you only have plaster board the bottom needs to rest on something such as the top of a row of tiles. A competent handyman would be able to hang the door the other way. There are already 2 holes drilled to ensure the hinges on the side can be correctly positioned. The door itself can be turned 180 to suit fixing the other side. It is quite easy to reposition the shelf or add shelves if necessary. Hope this is useful information.

Perfect size for space I wanted

Perfect size for space I wanted. This is a heavy unit! If wall mounting it requires two people to mount it. Only one shelf supplied, the addition of a second shelf would be far more practical for such a tall unit. No fixings supplied, just 4 holes in back of unit.

Nice quality unit with a high gloss finish. It comes with four mounting holes drilled in the rear which helps when mounting. There is no clearance under the door, so this definitely has to be hung in case you were thinking of floor standing it.
