Is the drawers removable?

Hi, yes the draw is removable. To remove, pull draw out so it is fully open, then lift draw sharply from the middle of the front upwards. The draw should then come out. Hope this helps.

Shape of sink

Hi, unfortunately We don't have a picture of the sink included with the Monza vanity unit, but it's a large, modern style sink, which gives you lots of room. I hope this helps.

If I am not home when the delivery arrives, what happens?

Larger pallet couriers will contact you on the day to let you know a rough time for delivery, due to the size and cost, a signature is always required.
We always suggest someone is home to accept the delivery, as missing your delivery may result in a re-delivery fee being charged.

If the courier has left you a calling card you may contact them directly to rearrange delivery for a more convenient time. If you have not received a calling card, we will be able to assist you in re-booking delivery. Can I modify an existing order?

Orders can be updated and modified up until the picking process begins. To amend your order please get in touch via Live Chat or by emailing us at info@victorianplumbing.co.uk.

Please note, once your order has begun to be picked at our warehouse, you will not be able to make any further additions.

We can only deliver and accept signatures from the delivery address as per the order.

Very very pleased

recently recieved this drawer and basin unit and i'm very very pleased with it. It looks great and compliments my bathroom lovely, delivery was on time, wasn't sure how to fit the basin so e-mailed customer service they e-mailed back with instructions which was very helpful, would definitely order from here again.

I bought this a few months ago and i thught i better leave feedback as i am so impressed with everything about this unit, The design is excellent, and with is being wall hung really gives it style and elegance.
