If I am not home when the delivery arrives, what happens?

Larger pallet couriers will contact you on the day to let you know a rough time for delivery, due to the size and cost, a signature is always required.
We always suggest someone is home to accept the delivery, as missing your delivery may result in a re-delivery fee being charged.

If the courier has left you a calling card you may contact them directly to rearrange delivery for a more convenient time. If you have not received a calling card, we will be able to assist you in re-booking delivery. Can I modify an existing order?

Nice looking unit - but draws are a pain

While the unit is preassembled, the handles are not attached, so you must drill through he draws to screw in the handles. The holes should be present already at the least. Refitting the draw is difficult and time consuming as the latching mechanism does not reliably engage.

Sink Quality Disappointing

I loved the design and having read the reviews were quite excited about buying this unit. However, after several months the sink has started turning yellow. I tried various cleaning products, which only lighten the stains slightly, but it keeps deteriorating. Only used it for just over a year and unfortunately, I am already looking at replacement options.

Beware Basin Material

We bought 2 of these units for our bathroom & en-suite. As the other reviews suggest, its great looking, lots of storage space & very wide but shallow basin. A huge drawback however is that water pools around the tap and back of the basin and because it's not ceramic soap scum, toothpaste, dirt seems to "cling" to it so I'm constantly cleaning them to keep them looking shiny & hygienic. With children in the house, they're not ideal so we've decided to replace them with Ceramic - shame but a consideration when selecting.
