Will these allow me to control the temperature of the radiator?

Hi, All that non thermostatic radiator valves do is control the flow of water through the radiator, they do not control the temperature, and thermostatic radiator valves control the room air temperature again not the radiator temperature. Thanks. Technical Team.

Can these be used on a heated towel rail with the pipes coming out the floor
