Great space saver
I purchased this suite in 2022 and it was great as the cloakroom is a minimalist size, the only complaint I have is that the basin is very shallow which results in a lot of water getting splashed on the floor when washing your hands. It fits with the cabinet which is great, but I'm limited in getting an option that is deeper as it needs to be the same profile as the cupboard. I now need a replacement toilet seat as the 'soft close' function has failed, I'm hoping I can get a replacement that is the same profile as the wc pan.

Short and Suite
Love my new minimalist cloakroom suite! We only have a tiny space, so I needed items that would not make occupants feel squashed. The sink is so dinky, and I love that it is a rectangle shape, so fits flush into the space, rather than protruding out, and also the cupboard underneath means I can tidy all my cleaning equipment out of sight. The toilet is modern, a reasonable height for older visitors, and flushes well. Again, it is compact, so the space does not feel over-crowded.

Love this cloakroom suite. Toilet lovely quality and good seat height. Toilet lid not a cheap plastic one but lovely and strong and very good quality and is all easily taken off to clean with a press of a button. Sink is a great size for a small cloakroom and the cupboard is also very good quality.

In most instances, it is possible to buy replacement seats as individual items. If the specific seat is not available on our website, please call us on 0345 862 2878 to discuss further.
In regards to this seat NTS007 for product MCS2 this has top fix fixings so can be replaced without the need for access behind or under the pan. The installation instructions on the webpage for NTS007 will help you in the fixing method.

How does the basin fix to the unit as no fixing points.

Hi there,
The basin is mounted to the unit by applying a small bead of silicone along the top edge of the unit and placing the basin down. Please wipe away any excess silicone.
can the basin be changed so tap is on right hand side?

The Premier Minimalist Floor Standing Basin is reversible, so the ceramic top will rotate to allow for RHS use. Thanks.
