I have bought one of these but cannot fit the string into the pull. Can you advise please.

Hi, the full length of light pull is 8cm and the diameter is 2.5 cm. Thanks, I hope this helps!

I am after a light pull that is quiet when pulled, I am awoken every time someone goes in the bathroom during the night

The noise doesn't come from the light pull itself it is the light fitting attached to the ceiling, unfortunately we don't sell the fittings.
