Mismatched Tiles and No Accountability
Very disappointing experience with Victorian Plumbing. The tiles supplied had mismatched patterns, resulting in a poor finish once laid. After raising this with customer service and providing photos, the issue was dismissed as an “installation error” rather than properly addressing the product quality concerns. Being told I could simply return the one unused pack does not make up for the wasted time, cost, and inconvenience. Poor product quality and poor aftercare.
