Sinking Feeling

The basin does not fit the unit. It sticks out just over a centimetre. Cannot return it because it was fitted by our plumber before we realised, it didn’t fit.

Good quality, nice size and functionality, please note the issues detailed below. Vanity unit looks have suitable soundly sealed surface and edges. It has was installed June 2025. I will keep an eye on the vanity unit moisture resistances over next few years and report back. Installed in a well used bathroom with a shower hance the concern. 1) No adjustment to the height or level of the unit is provided. If your floor is not perfectly level you will need to use shims or other height adjustable feet during the installation process . 2) The sink rear was not properly perpendicular to the horizonal parts that sit on the vanity unit. This meant when securing it to the wall the sink would lift up at the front and no mater how well tightened it had a movement when pressed on. The solution was the use of packers and a large bead of silicone than so that the sink sat soundly on the vanity unit (with a bead of silicone securing it down) and was only tightened to the wall after the silicone had cured. 3) Rear cross brassing had to be trimmed enable waste to fit.
