Not as described

When I buy a unit with is fully assembled I do not have to beg my partner to get out his drill to make a hole for the cupboard handle. I do not mind using a screwdriver to affix the pre-drilled draw handle. Very disappointed with the lack of accuracy in item description as it do not possess a drill. It bought a fully assembled unit (or so I thought)
