Essential Missing part

Crucial to this button working is the lock ring which screws onto the main unit from the rear, mine arrived without one. It’s in the instructions but missing. I emailed about the issue and received a phone call to confirm that a replacement was being sent out. I did request that it was checked however it was coming from a different location. It arrived and I opened it immediately to find no lock ring. I have emailed again, had a reply, sent more images and heard nothing since. All I want is a lock ring! My bathroom fitter has cobbled it into place but says it might not last because there is no support at the rear. It’s ironic that I have not had the support either.

Flusher that came with cistern was ugly this flusher was a nicer design and smaller and was easy to fit to cistern.

Great if I Could Fit It!

The item doesn't come supplied with a lock ring, it asks you to use the existing one, however the thread on my existing is a completely different size, so doesn't fit. I'm now having to run around suppliers looking for a lock ring that fits.

My plumber is installing this button today but it hasn't been supplied with a retaining nut
