How We Gather Reviews

A Bit Frustrating

Looks really great on the Chatsworth traditional back to wall pan, but the appearance is somewhat compromised by how smudgy it gets from finger prints, and they don't wipe off easily either. I love that it is so easy to pop off the seat for cleaning, that was a "must have" feature for me. Like another reviewer has mentioned the seat does slide, the hinge plates that are affixed to the toilet are very tightly secured so the issue is within the hinge itself. The supposed non-slip buffers are doing nothing.

Wouldn't fit.

Didn't get chance to use as the fittings were not the right size for our toilet. Notified V.P but they were not interested just kept telling me as they are unwanted i would have to pay postage. The item was wanted .I wouldn't deal with this company again .

The fixing bolts are too short so the seat moves around when sat on. My plumber is having to source longer bolts.
