Good loo, but access to seat bolts is a pain

Had this toilet installed about 3 months now, looks good and works well. Flushes well, though sometimes a second flush to get toilet paper away is required.We had one seat bolt come loose, whereupon we found it almost impossible to reach around to get a spanner on the bolt underneath to tighten it up again. If you've limited space to the sides of the loo, you'll find it tough. FWIW it seems to be a 10mm and you can just get it with an inspection camera and feeling around with a spanner. I'm glad the bolt was still on, removing completely or threading it afresh, say if swapping seats will be nigh on impossible. You'd likely need to uninstall the loo completely to get access.

Nice looking toilet, slightly weird toilet seat

The toilet is good looking, sturdy and easy to fit. The problem is the toilet seat, which has a really small opening (looks a bit like a child seat), so it's not very comfortable. Hopefully, we'll get use to it.

Toilet is quite sturdy

Toilet is quite sturdy. I didn't fit it the plumbers did! Seat didn't arrive with order.Soft closed toilet seat arrived after a few back and forth emails. Soft close toilet seat was ok for about 2 weeks and now is just a normal seat.Toilet seat has been fitted twice but slips around back and forth and won't remain in situ. REALLLLY Annoying! Not sure how anyone else has got on with this ! Other than this it's a great toilet.

A very nice toilet - very happy with the purchase

I was originally a little concerned in buying what is essentialy a oblong toilet but as we had other oblong shaped sink and bath it seemed like a good idea to try. What can i say other than it looks fab and is very comfortable to sit on. The size i would say is bigger than your old oval loo and maybe that is why its so comfortable.Only hard parts about fitting was it did need quite a short waste pipe out the back but a little fiddling and i got it in place. The other issue was the toilet fittings for the floor were quite fiddly and you really have to measure in a precise way or you will run into issues. I am however very happy with the purchase and would recommend to others
