We had such a great experience ordering from Victorian Plumbing. We originally ordered our bathroom tiles from them, while our bathroom suite was coming from another company. Unfortunately, the other supplier let us down last minute as the suite was out of stock, which meant we might have had to rethink everything , including the tiles. As soon as I contacted Victorian Plumbing, they were incredibly helpful and immediately put our order on hold. The communication throughout was brilliant, and they gave us the time and flexibility to decide whether we wanted to stick with our original tiles or change them. In the end, we kept our original choice, and getting everything moving again was so easy, a quick message via their online chat and it was all sorted. Delivery was just as smooth. The communication from the pallet company was excellent, we were given a clear delivery date, and I even received a call from the driver on the morning of delivery. Everything arrived on time and in perfect condition. Overall, such a stress-free experience during what could have been a really frustrating situation. Super helpful team, great communication, and I wouldn’t hesitate to order from them again!

Very simple design but the crosshatch etching in the brass raises it out of the ordinary.
