So, according to the regulations, a double check valve, is needed to be fitted to our shower hose for our bidet. Having wasted money on 2 previous JG push fit, double check valves, only to find they were both really loud because they were attached to the mains water pipe. So, every time we flushed the loo, had the washing machine on, filled the sink etc there was a loud whiring noise due to the mechanism. We had to pay to have them removed. We then purchased this very discreet double check valve, that doesn't sit direct on the 15 mm pipes, so is perfect as a retro fit, to meet regs. It screws on really easily, where the hose attaches to the mixer. It does whir a little but not as loud as the JG and only when we use the hose is in use. So, we have a much quieter home as a result and the double check valve matches the chrome mixer and hose too, so very pleased.

Simplicity is the key here. A nice slender looking radiator. All round tubes with the up rights slightly thicker than the horizontal. Good solid metal fixing brackets for fixing to the wall. I originally wanted an evenly spaced minimal ladder style rad, my partner wanted one the more common type with loads of tightly spaced tubes. This is a good middle ground that kicks out a bit of heat but is slightly less busy looking than the typical ones. Where I will mark it down is the silver coloured screws that attach the rad to the brackets, and also the silver bleed and blanking caps. They should be black to complete the look
