14th February 2026It has been OK until recently but this week when using the shower full on, it started making very sharp loud noise which is very disconcerting. When it is on low flow it is OK. I feel very disappointed that within less than three months it is not functioning properly.. Please advise how to redress the problem. I hope to get a plumber next week to have a look at it. If it rectified I would ask to replace it or refund.
