Looks good but the 'on' is hard to turn without turning the temperature too

I bought this for a traditional style bathroom with a small shower cubicle, it was good quality and looks lovely, but it's not suitable for the size of cubicle as when its in the riser rail holder, it's at a right angle and not easy to position right. I have no problem with the product

The shower looked great in our new en-suite when installed. However, where we have used the clamp to fix the head, the pole has become very easily dented all the way up after some light usage. This doesn’t look great at all and I’ve never seen it happen before. On adjusting the clamp and head, the shower head fell down onto the tray (everyone’s done it!) and on the first time this happened, the head snapped right off and I have had to superglue it back on. It was from a height of about 1.2m. Hasn’t really stood the test of time (the test of time being a mere 2 weeks.) We bought this as it wasn’t the cheapest on offer, but seemed good value. Maybe we should’ve just gone super budget.
