Hudson Reed Modern Slimline Slider Rail Kit + Multi-Function Handset

The shower looked great in our new en-suite when installed. However, where we have used the clamp to fix the head, the pole has become very easily dented all the way up after some light usage. This doesn’t look great at all and I’ve never seen it happen before. On adjusting the clamp and head, the shower head fell down onto the tray (everyone’s done it!) and on the first time this happened, the head snapped right off and I have had to superglue it back on. It was from a height of about 1.2m. Hasn’t really stood the test of time (the test of time being a mere 2 weeks.) We bought this as it wasn’t the cheapest on offer, but seemed good value. Maybe we should’ve just gone super budget.

Good riser rail purchased to match the shower valve I also bought and fitted. Does all you want it too and looks good.

Support fittings are chromed abs so don’t expect it to last looking good for long. Also the rail itself is very flimsy, so much so that the shower holder clamp dents it when done up sufficiently tight enough to hold the head in place. Very disappointed as other the products I’ve had have been good quality.

Good quality product, easy to fit ,excellent service from supplier (Victoria plumbing)will use again in the future.

When I unpacked this kit, the fittings seemed a lot more flimsy than the shower it was to replace. However, so far so good. It is much neater than the old shower slider unit and is very effective in terms of the 3 shower settings. It was simplicity itself to fit - drill 4 holes with a glass/tile bit, insert raw plugs, screw in mountings, assemble and shower. It was necessary to fill an exposed hole from the mounting of the larger slider it replaced but leaving this at the top end means it is hardly visible. Seems a good kit.

This is a fantastic shower and the multi functional options are really good, i still cant decide which water function is best :) I thought the price was really good as i was looking arround other stpores and nothing like this for the price. My husband found this fairly easy to install and now is working fully with no problems at all.

Very good value for money, I like the look of the product and it is very easy to install it looks very neat and tidy.

This multi function shower has three settings which is perfcet for my family. The kids prefect the softer shower and we like the relaxing jets. This is a very good shower and i would be happy to recommend to anybody. Also the price was the best arround when i bought this.
