7th January 2026I was overjoyed to find a direct replacement for my seized Vernon Tutbury unit after all this time. Unfortunately the 1st unit had a cracked section at the top of the ceramic handle which then fell out! The unit was rapidly replaced under the 5yr guarantee by the extremely pleasant and efficient customer service person. The registering of the product to enjoy the guarantee was a nightmare however. The website didn't work twice and the identification of the product was problematic however.
