Pleased with this product which is of good quality if a little pricey. The measurements were good and the seat fits well. However if I have one niggle its that fixing it onto the toilet pan was slightly difficult, I don't know why the fixing nuts have an elevation on 2 opposing corners, meaning the nut doesn't sit flush against the nut retainer. This meant that the fixing nut wouldn't screw tightly against nut retainer and was a bit wobbly as a result. I had to put two new fixing nuts with a flat surface (fortunately I had two the right size) against the nut retainers and then put on the original fixing nuts, This enabled the retainer, new nut, and fixing nut, to be screwed together fast and solidly beneath the pan.

I bought this because the basic ones look horrible and don't last. These have excellent quality components which make fitting easy if you know how, and the end result is very pleasing on the eyes. Not cheap but worth every penny in my opinion. Thanks Victorian Plumbing for a great shopping experience, top notch from start to finish.
