Looks good but not cheap
21st May 2026This was to replace a plastic low level cistern. Looks much better and operates very well. The handle is good and produces a ‘small’ flush if lifted up and a ‘large’ one when pushed down. This is clear in the instructions but would be useful to have a small label you could put on the cistern to say this. Although fittings are supplied for a low level application, the pipe from cistern to bowl is NOT supplied. This should be supplied or made clear it is an EXTRA. There are no fittings ie screws/washers for screwing cistern to wall. Again should be made clear. Nb it is very heavy Overall looks good and operates well when fitted.

14th May 2026Pleased the Seat after previous one got discoloured so I’ll will see how this one fairs. The one criticism I would add is you have to manually screw the handles onto the seat and no indentation for the brackets to seat into or pre drilled holes so a bit of pain to align with the other other hinges. Not sure why no location marks. Anyway they are on and aligned by sight top and bottom brackets to lift the two seats.
