Look great and works well, but goes into standby a lot
2nd August 2026I have had this tap for a few months now. It looks great and works well, but it often goes into standby mode and has the be switched on, which can be a pain if you have to wait for it to boil when expecting instant hot water. The manual/troubleshooting does not even mention standby mode

3rd July 2026The only boiling water tap I could find that had a directional spray as well, which is so useful. The only slight niggle with the tap is that you have press a little button down and then turn the control away from you and hold it while the boiling water dispenses. This is not that easy with weaker wrists. Turning it toward me would have been much easier, but a small issue in the grand scheme of things as overall I’m very happy with it.
