bad smell

I ordered these for my new kitchen and was looking forward to making tea and coffee straight from the tap water. We had them fitted and have now been using them for a couple of weeks, but the smell never goes. We need to use the kettle again. They haven’t shown a full photo of how it works, as this comes with a water tank which keeps the water and warms it when needed, but the smell stays there.

Lovely tap - awkward controls

The Tap is brilliant and the hot water is such a time saver. However the hot water control is really awkward, to depress the button and push forward is an unnatural operation, I have to twist my hand over the top of the control. It would have made more sense to for it to be pull towards you.

Faulty item

The boiler unit appears to have a fault and as such I am waiting a response to get it fixed and then will have a further inconvenience and cost to get the plumber back to reinstall

Exactly what I wanted

I wanted a boiling tap and filtered cold water, plus the normal hot and cold tap, this tap not only looks great but is perfect for us! I was unsure how the cold filtered water came out, but now know it’s the first turn of the handle clear running, then cold , then hot water, and obviously the boiling water on the other side, great spray function, so far, very happy

Great Tap but Noisy Boiler and Loose Lever Button

It’s a good tap and says what it is on the tin, however, the lever button on the mixer water side is very loose and even after tightening loosens up. The hot water boiler unit is quite noisy and there isn’t much settings to keep it turned off.
