I have bought several of these shower heads over the years. It is an excellent product and the push button spray pattern control is far easier to use than manually rotating the shower plate. Unfortunately, this is also the products Achilles heel. If you live in a hard water area, the push button will eventually jam. I have not found a way to either prevent or rectify this problem. However, I like the convenience of the product so much that I am prepared to replace it every few years.

Beautiful shower, well built and easy to use. But , the installation manual provided was next to useless, very basic. If possible pass this feedback to the supplier.

Ordered as part of a full bathroom refurb. Came as expected and on time. The bottom part of the rail does rattle a little bit if you shake it, but nothing major. Shower head arm is solid, great adjustment and a responsive button. The shower head itself has 3 great spray patterns, all powerful.
