Lovely bath, we had to trim it slightly and push it up to the wall, this was easy to do and the bath still looked fabulous.

FAQ's
Choosing the right bath can be overwhelming, as they are both a focal point and an essential functional element in your bathroom. Double ended baths offer added luxury with their elegant design and extra space, ensuring maximum comfort. This guide will provide all the information you need to make the best choice.
What is a double ended bath?
Unlike a single ended bath, double ended baths have the waste, overflow and taps located at the mid point of the bath. The taps and overflow can appear on the side of the bath itself, or on the wall adjacent to it. This allows double ended baths to be sloped at both ends, rather than just one.
Double ended baths are typically freestanding but also come in back-to-wall and jacuzzi variations. Bateau baths, a luxurious type of double-ended bath, feature elegant slopes and sit directly on the floor without supporting legs.
What are the benefits of having a double ended bath?
Double ended baths, with taps and waste centrally positioned, create a striking focal point in your bathroom and set a high aesthetic standard. The sloped ends provide additional space, offering maximum comfort and suitability for taller users. This design also allows for two people to bathe comfortably at once, with no concern about tap or waste placement.
Can I have a shower as well as a double ended bath?
Double ended freestanding baths typically don't accommodate a traditional shower bath setup due to the central placement of taps and waste. However, you can still add a shower feature by opting for freestanding bath taps with a handheld shower option. This allows for easy rinsing and adds versatility to your bath experience while maintaining the elegant design of a double ended bath.
