PB Barrier Pipe & Inserts

Polybutylene (PB) barrier pipe offers a flexible alternative to rigid pipework, making it easier to route water supplies through floors, walls and awkward spaces. Its barrier layer helps limit oxygen entering the system, making it suitable for domestic hot and cold water services and many heating applications.

Choose from 10mm, 15mm and 22mm pipe in 25m, 50m and 100m coils to suit everything from shorter connections to larger installations. The coiled format reduces the number of joints needed across longer runs and makes the pipe easier to handle around bends and obstacles.

Plastic pipe inserts fit inside the end of PB pipe before it's connected to a compatible push-fit or compression fitting. Available in 10mm, 15mm and 22mm sizes, they reinforce the pipe wall, help it keep its shape and support a secure connection.
